Download speed very slow on new pc






















 · I just bought my Pavilion m6 three days ago and immediately noticed that the download speed was very slow. Also, many of the things the folks are recommending on this site are not taking into account that the laptops are brand new, the settings are already the factory ettings, and things are not running in the background everytime we are trying. However, there's another problem inside Windows 7, where the 'settings' of your computer can cause your PC to have a very slow download speed. The problem that many Windows 7 users are now seeing is the speed of their downloads to be 'throttled' by a corrupt setting inside their system.  · Got my new Dell G7 15 lappie from bestbuy today and everything seems to be functioning within expected parameters except for the internet. It is incredibly slow. Something I would not expect from a new laptop. The network is wireless, set to private and whilst on my old lapie is was getting speeds from kb/s on this one I'm barely pushing.
